2. User Responsibility & Consent
Users are solely responsible for ensuring that all participants in a conversation are informed and have given consent for transcription and AI assistance. VoiceMeetAI does not verify whether such consent has been obtained. By using the service, users agree to comply with all applicable laws, including those related to privacy, data protection, and audio recording.
When using VoiceMeetAI, you agree not to:
- ❌Use the service for any illegal activities.
- ❌Attempt to access another user's data without permission.
- ❌Record or transcribe conversations without proper consent from all participants.
- ❌Abuse or exploit the AI transcription functionality.
You must use the service in compliance with all applicable local laws and regulations, including obtaining necessary consent for recording and transcription.
3. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our terms, engage in fraudulent behavior, or pose security risks to the platform.
4. Data Usage & Privacy
VoiceMeetAI does not store audio recordings. Audio is sent to OpenAI for transcription and immediately discarded after processing. Users can manually delete chat history and have the ability to delete their account and associated data at any time.

5. Payments & Billing
VoiceMeetAI offers one-time purchases only. The Pro plan is a single, one-time payment that unlocks Pro features for the lifetime of your account — there are no recurring charges and no subscriptions. You may also purchase token packs at any time to add usage tokens to your balance, and a 24-hour Day Pass is available as a one-time purchase.
Payments are processed securely through Paddle, our third-party payment processor. By using our service, you agree to Paddle's terms of service.
6. Refund Policy
No Refund Policy
VoiceMeetAI does not provide refunds. All purchases — including the Pro plan, Day Pass, and token packs — are one-time and final.
No Subscriptions
Because all purchases are one-time, there is nothing to cancel and nothing renews automatically. Your Pro access and any purchased tokens remain available on your account, and tokens never expire.
